About Us
Asserson’s U.S. Dispute Resolution department has more experience, resources and familiarity with US disputes than any other litigation group in Israel.
We have a history of success at all levels of the judicial and arbitration process and regularly represent clients in complex, multi-jurisdiction and high-value matters.
The Asserson Advantage:
- Global reach, Local Presence – With offices in Tel Aviv, New York, Florida and London, we offer a local presence and face-to-face service to clients worldwide. As the largest U.S. Dispute Resolution practice in Israel, we provide full-service litigation support like a global firm but our local presence allows us to help bridge the gaps in time difference and culture for our clients in Israel.
- Proven success in multiple jurisdictions – Our practice specializes in managing cross-border disputes which involve proceedings pending in multiple jurisdiction or which arise under U.S., UK or European law. Many of our litigators are qualified internationally and can personally lead litigations in the U.S. and the U.K. we also have significant experience dealing with jurisdictional issues that commonly arise in these disputes, and have frequently been successful challenging the efforts of plaintiffs in the U.S. seeking to assert jurisdiction over clients based in Israel, the UK or Europe.
-
Cost Efficiency – We achieve excellent results for clients, but we also strike to work efficiently so as to provide the greatest possible value for the services we provide. We understand that legal disputes in the U.S. are invariably time-consuming and costly, and clients are generally unable to recover legal costs incurred in connection with U.S. litigation. We therefore focus on achieving cost efficiency throughout the engagement. Above all, we strive to resolve disputes at an early stage to save clients unnecessary legal costs.
